just a boring afternoon at the office.
missing my zaiid, wanting to go to sleep. after a year and 7 months, i write:

can you see through your broken mirror
the parts missing, coming, taking
away from the thoughts begging you to
whisper it's name, again you look through them

last night the moon shut its eyes
like the way you shut yours when you dream
far away beyond your trunk of memories
of seas and waves that might bring us back

my intention of taking you again
to eat you and sleep with you does not count
at all. nor can the wind hear my words
across the melody of my lips and tongue.

you do not own me nor do i owe you.
we live on the same forest and you call it
your home even with snakes at sight
i am part of your universe.

i will take you again and sing songs with you
if you will take me and dance above
that purple-doubt flower that's withering.
will you come and take my paradise?

and.. zaiid got two ANNE GEDDES books!!! - nya kinsa man ang nikirig? ang inahan! wahahhaha!!! wala nako gi sagol sa books ni zaiid kay kbaw ko unsay mahitabo... heheh..
