yesterday, zaiid had DPT, HepaB-2, and Polio vaccines. the 2 shots were nothing to him. he cried for about 3seconds -- stopped -- and looked at the nurse with his signature "pinsar" look, as if saying "ngano ka? gi unsa ko nimo?". he is adorable (as always).
an hour later, he begins to cry. i know babies cry - when they're hungry, need company, want a dance, diaper change... but not my zaiid. he really is in pain.
i cried with him (and vomited).
i called up dywnn for strength.
zaiid knew his mama was there for him but she just couldn't take the pain away. i tried to show him the happy trees outside our window "trees, luoy kayo amo bibol o.. sakitan kaayo... tabangi ko leaves ha, tabangi mi trees.." at least he slept on my arms.
and then a little butterfly came. a white one with grey line designs on its wings. katawanan, asa kaha lusot ang butterfly nga naa man screen among bintana? haha magic. thanks trees!
bibol slept and cried. cried and couldn't sleep. we danced, talked, still the pain wouldn't go away.
dwynn called and talked to bibol: "bibol! gi away diay ka sa dagum? pareha diay ta! cge lang mawala ra na..." the next thing i knew, zaiid was slowly moving his legs without crying! and he was asking for milk! maybe he just missed his papa...
now my bibol's well again :) haaaaay salamat.
