I was browsing for my soon-to-be-2-year-old son his birthday cake. I was planning to get him a Car formed cake but really it all depends on how big the D is. (D= dirhams)
But instead of getting on track, my eyes have wandered through these little pretties! I don't think I'll get over loving cupcakes!

We had cupcakes as our wedding cake back in 2004. Our cupcakes aren't fancy, they were simple and shy just the way I like it. After a few months, I realized it wasn't that original after all. A lot of weddings have resorted to cupcakes. A trend maybe? But even up to now, I am still charmed by how these little ones come together to create one magnificent theme for an occasion.
My friend, the very talented Jade has gone crazy over cupcakes too! She is popular for her naughty cakes and even the not so ordinary wedding proposal answer in a cake. I can't wait to go home and ask her to make me one of those colorful, sweet cupcakes... uh... maybe for Baby Manghud's Christening? I can make her Ninang and then it would be natural to give the cupcakes to her kinugos for free! hahahah good thinking! ;)
