cake hunting

My 2.10yo is going to have his 3rd birthday in Cebu. It's going to be his first birthday here so I'm making sure he'd have the best memory of it. With his 1st and 2nd birthdays in Dubai, we stayed indoors because it's the peak of summer.

We need to plan out where to have the party. He loves the waters, so it would be cool for him to have a beach or a pool party. Or we can have it in a nice park where all the kids could run around with their bikes. Bottomline, my son would love to celebrate his birthday under the sun.

I need to find the perfect cake. Last year we improvised and had fun. Zaiid too was happy with it. We bought a mini cake from BreadTalk and replaced the toppings with his favourite characters from Cars. The characters are hardboard cutouts so we only had to paste a toothpick so we could stick it on to the cake. I would 

love to have a cake, not so fancy or 

costly, that speaks the habits or favourites of my son. Something he would appreciate and be proud of. I hope I could get my budget and imagination ready and in time.
